The Board of Directors of the South Pacific County Humane Society are pleased to honor our Volunteers and Members on Saturday, November 1st.
The festivities start at noon, with the drawing of our Raffle Winners.
Come and enjoy hot dogs and cake from noon until 3pm at the Shelter, 330 2nd Street NE, Long Beach.
The Board of Directors of the South Pacific County Humane Society is pleased to honor our volunteers, supporters, and members by hosting an appreciation day at the shelter this Saturday, from noon until 3pm.
Festivities start with the drawing of our raffle winners at noon. Come and see if you are a lucky winner, and enjoy hot dogs, cake, and other goodies. Hope to see you there!!!
We are hoping for a good turnout for the festivities this Saturday, and also hoping that some of the pets in our care will also find good homes as well. Several groups of kittens are coming into the shelter from foster care, and are these home-raised cuties people pleasers!!!
There are kittens of all shapes and sizes; all colors and patterns, and all with great purrsonalities to delight their new owners.
And of course, hot dogs aren’t the only dogs we have. We don’t have a large number of dogs at the moment, but that could change a moment’s notice. There are a couple of dogs, including Charley, a athletic lab/mix guy that has been with us far too long, and we are keeping our fingers crossed that his new owner just might be coming for the festivities on Saturday!!!

All,
Spirit is doing very well. She and her playmate Gypsy, have helped remove all old plant life from the garden. She also attacks anything that moves. Attached is a picture of the two puppies playing.
