Cassie Update

I just wanted to let you guys know that Cassie is doing great!  She has
adapted to the house well, loves to play at the creek and behaves
beautifully with the horses.  She has really come out of her shell, and
considers me her “person”.  She is actually a bit anxious anytime I leave
her, and is very protective.  When Jake (my husband) came home she actually
tried to bite him when he tried to sit next to us on the couch!  They get
along very well now and when we play around she also protects him   I
think that she was previously abused by a male, based on her behavior, but
she will be just fine here.  She does chase the cats, but if I tell her to
stop she does.  We will keep working on that
I will send you pictures as soon as I get some of her.  She rarely leaves my
side, and when she does she is so busy playing it is hard to snap a quick
shot!  I was able to get one, which I attached.  She kept laying all over my
laptop while I was working
Thanks again for waiting for me, I really appreciate it.  We love her very
much and are glad that she is a part of our lives.
