Many people don't realize how expensive it is to run a no-kill shelter; our monthly expenses are in excess of $10,000.00. It takes fundraisers like the raffle and every single donation that comes through the door or mail to keep our doors open. We are SO grateful to our Humane Society Community for making that happen!
