Sundog Solutions Consulting focuses on development and training for individuals and organizations when they get “stuck.” This can take many forms such as training, organizational development, coaching, and strategic alignment of our most valuable assets – people!
Sundog Solutions Consulting was created in 2006 in honor of the passing of the famous Minger Dawg. When helping an organization move through change I always remember what the Minger Dawg taught me.
• Patience – you may want it now; others may see it differently depending on their own values.
• Go slow to go fast – Ming was a chow/sheepdog and she may not have the speed of a greyhound, however she always reached her goal.
• Wag more and bark less –Look at things from what we can accomplish versus we have done wrong. This is a great catalyst for change.
