Puppies, puppies, puppies!!!
On almost a daily basis, it seems that we have had people coming into the shelter looking for puppies to adopt, only to leave disappointed. For the past several months, we simply have had no puppies.
Well, beginning this week, our puppy drought is officially over, and we have some darling puppies available for adoption into good homes.
The pups seen here are little Lab/whatever mixes-a great choice for a new family addition. They are oh-so-sweet, and come with wonderful “puppy breath’ free of charge!

We also have a football-team sized litter of eleven (!!!) Lab/Aussie mix pups- guaranteed to be total “10’s” on the Cuteness Scale.
Now is the time for all you puppy-seekers to come and adopt your next best friend!
Murphy asks: “Are you looking for me?”
This handsome, peach-colored neutered male cat came into the shelter as a stray several weeks ago. He is declawed, and has a shaved patch on his back from recent veterinary care. He is very well-cared for and very friendly and loves people. Surely he is being missed by someone?
Please come and get him if he is your kitty- he very badly wants to come home. If his owner doesn’t find him, he is up for adoption.
Thank you so much
This past week, we have had some wonderful donations of much-needed supplies for the shelter and pets. We are so grateful to be a part of such a wonderfully caring community. Thank you for your support and for thinking of the animals this holiday season.

Enclosed is a check for $100 in donation of the good works of your operation. I adopted my beagle Murphy from the South Pacific County Humane Society in May 2005. Murphy lives with me in Seattle where he is the “king of the castle.” [Here is] a picture of Murphy gnawing his stuffed goat. Keep up the good work. Sincerely, M.S.
